Thank You!

Last week, we had nine different families in Dakota County who needed help. Within hours, so many of you stepped up to shop, deliver food, and make sure they had essentials. The gratitude from those families has been overwhelming. I am continually amazed that we have a community that shows up like this.

Since then, I have received a list of six more Dakota County families who are currently in need. It would mean the world if we could step up for these families as well.

If you are able to take on a grocery run, either on your own or by teaming up with someone, please reach out. The same offer still stands: if you want to help but don’t have the funds to cover a full grocery trip on your own, I am happy to reimburse up to a certain amount with receipts using donated funds. If anyone would like to contribute toward those donation funds, you can Venmo me.

I am also in contact with several of the communities we’ve supported with larger drop-offs before. They are currently putting together updated lists of gaps and ongoing needs, so stay tuned for those drop-off lists coming soon.

Thank you for continuing to show up. It truly means so much to these families. This is exactly what community is for.
