Hi everyone! I just want to start by saying thank you. Truly. What you have done for these communities has been incredible. Community A was absolutely thrilled and so, so grateful for everything that was donated. It was powerful to see. I am already getting texts from people in Community C sharing how grateful they are as well. Because of you, we were able to get families so many essentials that will help keep them going for a longer period of time.

ICE is not slowing down in many of these communities. Being out there and hearing directly from families has made that undeniable. I hope that eventually it does, but right now this support is needed just as much as it was at the beginning.

The big one is tomorrow: 75 families at Community B.

In the morning, I will have drivers picking up food pantry donations. We will then go through and itemize everything, go shopping to make sure they receive the full amounts of everything on their list, and deliver in bulk Monday at 3:00 PM. If you are assigned to shop for this community, please save your receipts and I will Venmo you to reimburse you.

I may also need a few drivers on Tuesday morning to deliver any meat or milk that cannot fit in the fridge for the main drop, since they are delivering everything out early Tuesday.

For perspective, when I picked up pantry food for 13 families on Monday, it filled my minivan to the brim. We have a 50 family pickup from the food pantry Monday morning, so lots of cars will be helpful. Then we will need lots of cars to deliver as well.

If you are able to help drive or deliver, please RSVP to the event in this group and I will coordinate logistics there.

You all are seriously amazing. Thank you for continuing to show up. I have attached some pictures of everything donated for Communities A and C.
